About Our Company

Grow It! is a health food company that specializes in producing fresh sprouts, microgreens, and healthy products.  We love that we can bring a range of healthy options to the people of North America and Barbados.  We have been in business since 2016 and have recently started selling our products online in Canada and the USA. 

Sprouts are highly nutritious and are the younger version of the mature plants.  Some benefits of sprouts include:  promotes digestion, boosts blood circulation, builds your immune system and many more. Sprouts and Microgreens are a living food and have more enzymes than raw fruits and vegetables.  Did you know eating 1oz of broccoli sprouts is equivalent in nutrition to eating 2lbs of mature broccoli! These are definitely superfoods that you want to incorporate in your diet.
